Maria Reyes is our certified nurse practitioner who holds a Master of Science degree in Nursing from Florida International University as an advanced registered nurse practitioner.
She also holds a doctorate in medicine, M.D., from the Highest Institute of Medical Sciences of Havana, Cuba. Ms. Reyes has practiced medicine for more than 24 years as a primary care provider and has the necessary knowledge to diagnose and treat a wide range of diseases.
Her reputation as a caring, compassionate individual is well known and she always takes time with her patients so that they understand their health status and are educated on how to best manage their chronic conditions.
In addition to providing preventive healthcare, Ms. Reyes specializes in the assessment and treatment of chronic conditions, such as diabetes, hypertension, heart disease, and COPD. She also provides women's health exams and hormone replacement therapy.
She speaks fluent English, as well as her native Spanish.
